1. Course Enrollment & Payments

Course access is granted immediately once enrollment and payment are successfully completed.

All transactions are processed through verified and secure payment gateways.

Before enrolling, learners are encouraged to review all course details, fee information, and duration.
2. Cancellation by Learner
Learners may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

The request must be submitted within 24 hours of enrollment, and only if the course has not been accessed or downloaded.

Courses that are partially or fully accessed become non-cancellable and non-refundable.

To initiate cancellation, send a request to [insert official email] using your registered email ID with complete order details.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered only in the situations mentioned below:

Duplicate Payment: Extra or duplicate payments made accidentally will be refunded.

Technical Issues: If a platform-related technical problem prevents course access and remains unresolved for more than 5 working days, you may request a refund.

Course Removed: If a course is discontinued or removed permanently by Nihar Skill Education, you are eligible for a full refund or alternative course credit.
Refunds are NOT applicable for:

Partially or fully completed courses

Change of interest or personal reasons

Courses purchased under discounts, offers, or promotions
4. Cancellation by Nihar Skill Education
Your enrollment may be canceled by the platform under these circumstances:

Violation of our Terms & Conditions or learner conduct guidelines

Any activity suspected to be fraudulent or misuse of platform features

Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances affecting course availability
In such cases, learners will receive a full refund or a course transfer option.
5. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days after final approval.

An email notification will be sent once the refund is completed.
6. Course Transfer or Replacement

Learners may request a course switch to an alternative course of equal or lesser value within 48 hours of purchase, provided the original course has not been accessed.

Transfer requests after 48 hours or for accessed courses cannot be accepted.
7. No-Show Policy (For Live/Instructor-Led Courses)

Failure to attend scheduled live sessions makes the enrollment non-refundable.

Learners may be permitted to join another batch, subject to availability and the institution’s discretion.
8. Dispute Resolution
